Slowly but surely, Autumn is creeping in - the Virginia Creeper on our back fence is definitely red now and many yellow and brown leaves have been blown from the trees, but there is still a lot of green here, too.
However, tonight and tomorrow night the temperatures will be in the mid to low 30s, so there's still hope for the "great leaf color change."
The squirrels have abandoned the bird feeders and are busy burying every walnut, pecan, and acorn they can find . . . food for Winter and/or new trees for Spring - only time will tell!
We hope your day is a beautiful one.
