I am glad to report that the recent drought has officially ended for the Eastern Shore of Maryland!
Our horses enjoyed their breakfast hay while standing in a gentle, chilly rain. That's this morning - as is typical of the Eastern shore, the weather is expected to change completely by noon. If the weather forecasters are correct, we'll have such a bright, sunny afternoon that dark sunglasses will be an absolute necessity!
Since this is the Tuesday before Thanksgiving Day, we pray for safe travel for all who will be on the roads (or in the air, etc.).
And sure enough, the sun is out not long after noon!
